Razvan Vladulescu
Partner
Razvan has been acting as a business lawyer for more than 15 years, focusing his practice on banking & finance, commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, real estate, taxation and litigation sectors. Prior to founding Vladulescu Attorneys and Consultants, he practiced business law in two top tier Romanian law firms, where he was involved in complex projects and transactions, such as cross-border takeovers, joint ventures, negotiation of various commercial contracts, disposals, acquisitions of assets and foreign investment, as well as general corporate & commercial legal advice.
His practice also consists of providing legal representation of both local and international clients in complex litigation files, including corporate restructuring & insolvency, civil & commercial law and white-collar crimes.
Razvan speaks Romanian and English and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006.

Iuliu has more than 15 years of experience focusing his practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and also achieved substantial experience representing foreign and domestic clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including property acquisition, real estate project finance and complex lease agreements. Before joining our team, he has gained experience as Senior Associate with two of the most important Romanian law firms.
Iuliu is member of Bucharest Bar since 2006. Besides his native Romanian, he is also fluent in Italian and English.

Senior Lawyer
Raluca is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in Business law, her expertise covering areas such as e-commerce, corporate law and commercial transactions as well as Concurrence Law. Raluca has assisted a large number of foreign and domestic clients in all aspects related to legal advice and litigation, also in complex transactions carried out in Romania.
Her practice focuses on e-Commerce, Corporate matters, Commercial contracts and Administrative Law.

Before embracing the profession of lawyer and joining our team, in the previous years, Etela has acquired professional experience as a legal advisor in the area of enforcement procedures and litigations. Besides her outstanding experience in the enforcement field, Etela has been focusing her practice also in other areas of legal practice, including civil and commercial, insolvency, labor law and litigations.
Etela is currently a member of Bucharest Bar and besides her native Romanian, she is also fluent in English and French.
